Along the way, I learned something many technology instructors overlook: people do not need hundreds of features or a flood of technical terms. They need someone who will show them where to begin.
Whether you are learning to use your iPhone, organizing photos, protecting yourself from online scams, understanding artificial intelligence, or simply trying to keep up with today’s digital world, my goal is to make every lesson practical, understandable, and enjoyable.

Who are Daphne’s technology classes designed for?
Classes are designed specifically for adults age 55 and older who want to become more comfortable using smartphones, computers, tablets, and today’s technology. Complete beginners and experienced users are both welcome.
Do I need to be good with technology before taking a class?
Not at all. Many students begin with little or no experience. Every class moves at a comfortable pace, uses plain language, and encourages questions.
What technology topics does Daphne teach?
Topics include iPhones, Android phones, computers, email, internet safety, passwords, artificial intelligence, digital photography, social media, online scams, video calling, and other everyday digital skills.
Are classes available online?
Yes. Live online classes are available to older adults across the United States, with step-by-step instruction and opportunities to ask questions throughout the session.
